ResponsibilitiesInthis role you will: The roleis responsible for conducting and coordinating Quality Engineeringtasks manage releases and able to utilize extensive automationexperience to optimize test activities manage the POD deliverablesthroughout the agile development lifecycle and to ensure the newway of working. Responsibilities willinclude: Implement all test activities(Behaviour Driven Development (BDD) API test UI Tests (Browser andMobile) Exploratory Test Accessibility Test etc.) adhering to theGlobal Test Strategy. Work across all PODactivities and support across cross POD teams/ Quality Engineeringteams in ensuring any testing related dependencies / touch pointsare in place. Delivering well structured maintainable and fullytested systems in time and budget. Working through the developmentand support phases of project delivery.Represent Quality Engineering at Scrum meetings all other keyproject meetings and provide a single point of accountability andescalation for testing within the PODEstablish effective working relationships across all stakeholders.Strong communication skills and experience in liaising withstakeholders. Provide recommendations to theProduct Owner and/or other project stakeholders on the productreadiness to go live. Provide ongoing inputinto the overall process improvement of the Quality Engineeringdiscipline. Need to demonstrate problemsolving skills by providing suggestive ways and workarounds whileat blocker instances to not hamper delivery or timelines. Need to close the gaps and work closelywith team and measure the improvements. Contribution towardsefficiency / Value addition.Requirements:To be successful in thisrole you should meet the followingrequirements: Learning and upskilling tobuild and enhance automation frameworks. Strong Quality engineering and Test management skill sets. Goodunderstanding of Retail Banking domain andrequirement. Good knowledge on Core JavaMaven / Gradle Junit TestNG Java IDE s along withSelenium(WebDriver) Appium. Goodunderstanding of HTTP JSON protocol and syntax Cucumber BDDmethodology Gherkin syntax JIRA Jenkins (CICD exposure) andConfluence. Agile methodology / SAFe withinsprint automation Basicunderstanding of Performance and Cyber Security QualityEngineeringUnderstanding of cloudbasedarchitectures Goodunderstanding of Browser Stack or any other cloudbased devicefarms.Understanding of Kotlin Swift is an addedadvantage.
