Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical DesignManager to join our team. The successful candidate will play apivotal role in managing and executing mechanical design projectsfocusing on Tyre Pyrolysis Plants and Detail Engineering Orders.This role demands technical expertise project management andleadership skills to ensure efficient effective and highstandardproject completion.

KeyResponsibilities:

Tyre PyrolysisPlants:

  1. Chittoor PyrolysisProject:
    • Collaborate with the project executionteam to finalize all engineering activities before the erectionphase ensuring mechanical designs meet project specifications andstandards.
  2. SpainImprovement of FEED Documentation:
    • Act as theprimary mechanical engineering contact with the CTO of our Spanishpartner company.
    • Take fullresponsibility for the mechanical engineering scope includingdesign of static vessels heat exchangers layout planning andpiping.
  3. TurkeyImplementation of New Project Based on ExistingProject:
    • Upon project confirmation travel toTurkey to conduct thorough measurements of the existingplant.
    • Perform mechanicalcalculations detailed engineering and submit all necessarydocumentation and designs for projectexecution.


Requirements

DetailEngineeringOrders:

  1. Maintain acontinuous and productive partnership with our Chennaibasedengineering consultant.
  2. Oversee thecreation and submission of detailed engineering drawings as perclient orders andspecifications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering; a Master s degree ispreferred.
  • Minimum of 10 yearsexperience in mechanical design with at least 2 years in amanagerial or leadershiprole.
  • Proven track record inmanaging mechanical designprojects.
  • Strong knowledge ofmechanical engineering principles standards andregulations.
  • Experience in workingwith international teams and projects with the ability to travel asneeded.
  • Excellent communicationnegotiation and project managementskills.
  • Proficiency in mechanicaldesign software andtools.

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalentexperience. At least three years of relevant programming experiencein configuration software (DriveWorks PREFERRED). Highly proficientin SolidWorks. Certified SolidWorks Professional (CSWP)certification within the last 3 years of the most recent softwarerelease - PREFERRED. Excellent visualization and problem-solvingskills. Good communication skills. Working knowledge of computersystems, engineering, and drafting systems and procedures. Abilityto independently perform assignments with instruction onlyregarding general expected results.
