Through our brand Klynk we are on a mission to revolutionize the way people cook and connect with food We're looking for an experienced Supply Chain Lead to oversee and manage our supply chain operations, ensuring efficient and cost-effective sourcing.


The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing supply chains for products involving plastics, sheet metal, and rubber, with a proven track record in both local and global sourcing, navigating customs processes, and organizing logistics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supply Chain Management: Develop, implement, and maintain strategies for managing the supply chain, ensuring alignment with production schedules and business objectives.
  • Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers for plastics, sheet metal, and rubber components, ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery. Manage both local and global sourcing initiatives.
  • Customs and Compliance: Oversee the customs clearance process for imported materials, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws. Work closely with customs brokers and logistics providers.
  • Logistics and Distribution: Manage logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution, to ensure products are delivered on time and in full.
  • Cost Control: Monitor and manage costs within the supply chain, implementing cost-saving initiatives without compromising on quality or delivery times.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and supervise the supply chain team, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring team members are highly engaged and performing to their potential.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with manufacturing, engineering, and sales teams to ensure seamless integration of supply chain operations with overall business processes.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential supply chain risks and develop strategies to mitigate these risks, ensuring the stability and reliability of the supply chain.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain, leveraging methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.



Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with specific experience in manufacturing environments producing electromechanical products.
  • Strong knowledge of customs regulations and experience with international sourcing and logistics.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
