Job Title: Senior DevOps Engineer

Job Description:

As a Senior DevOpsEngineer within our team you will play a crucial role in developingand maintaining the CICD framework utilized by other technology andenablement teams.

You will be responsible forcrafting Groovy modules/libraries and Terraform reusable modules tofacilitate efficient and scalable deployment processes.

Your expertise will contribute to CICD practicesstandardization and enhancing the productivity of ourorganization.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Groovy modules to support automationand orchestration tasks.

Design and implementTerraform reusable modules to manage infrastructure ascode.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams tounderstand requirements and implement solutionsaccordingly.

Continuously improve and optimizeexisting processes to enhance efficiency and reliability.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to deployment andinfrastructure configuration.

Stay updated withindustry best practices and emerging technologies to driveinnovation within the team.

Provide technicalguidance and support to other teams utilizing theframework.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or a relatedfield.

Proven experience working as a DevOpsEngineer or similar role.

Proficiency in Groovyprogramming language for scripting and automation tasks.

Strong understanding of infrastructure as code principlesand experience with Terraform.

Workingknowledge on policy as code frameworks such as OPA and integrationwith Terraform.

Solid knowledge of cloudplatforms such as AWS.

Familiarity withcontainerization technologies like Docker and orchestration toolssuch as Kubernetes.

Experience with CI/CDpipelines and related tools such as Jenkins.

Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot complexissues.

Strong communication and collaborationskills to work effectively within a team environment.

Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and dynamic workenvironment prioritizing tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in relevant technologies such as AWS CertifiedDevOps Engineer Terraform Associate or KubernetesAdministrator.

Experience with configurationmanagement tools like Packer Ansible or Chef.

Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as PrometheusGrafana ELK Stack or Splunk.

Familiarity withagile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Contribution to opensource projects or involvement in techcommunities
