We are seeking a skilled andexperienced MERN Stack Developer with over 5 years of experience tojoin our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will havestrong proficiency in MongoDB Express.js React.js and Node.js withthe ability to design develop and maintain web applications fromthe ground up. This role requires indepth knowledge of fullstackdevelopment excellent problemsolving skills and a passion fordelivering highquality softwaresolutions.
KeyResponsibilities
FullStack Development : Design and develop scalable secure andefficient web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB Express.jsReact.js Node.js). API Development : Buildand maintain RESTful APIs to integrate with frontend and thirdpartyservices. Database Management : Designoptimize and manage MongoDB databases for performance scalabilityand reliability. Frontend Development :Create responsive and interactive UIs using React.js Redux andmodern frontend technologies. BackendDevelopment : Implement serverside logic using Node.js andExpress.js ensuring seamless integration between the frontend andbackend. Performance Optimization : Ensurehigh performance and responsiveness of applications includingidentifying and addressing bottlenecks.Security Implementation : Apply best practices for securing dataAPIs and applications from vulnerabilities andthreats. Testing and Debugging : Write unittests perform debugging and conduct code reviews to ensure thestability and quality of the application.Agile Development : Collaborate with crossfunctional teams in anAgile environment participating in sprint planning standups andretrospectives. DevOps Integration : Workwith cloud infrastructure (AWS Azure or similar) and CI/CDpipelines to deploy applicationsefficiently. Documentation : Create andmaintain technical documentation including API documentationarchitecture diagrams and operationalprocedures.

MERN Stack : Proficiency in MongoDB Express.js React.js andNode.js. FrontEnd Expertise : Experiencewith HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript (ES6) and React.js with a deepunderstanding of frontend frameworks.BackEnd Expertise : Expertise in developing and maintaining backendservices using Node.js and Express.js.Database Management : Strong understanding of MongoDB includingaggregation indexing and performance tuning.API Design : Knowledge of RESTful API development andintegration. Version Control : Proficient inGit and code versioning tools (GitHub GitLab orBitbucket). Testing : Experience withtesting frameworks (e.g. Jest Mocha Chai) and ensuring code qualitythrough unit and integration tests. Cloudand DevOps : Experience with cloud services (AWS Azure GCP) andCI/CD tools (Jenkins CircleCI etc.).Security : Knowledge of authentication authorization and securitybest practices (JWT OAuth etc.). AgileMethodologies : Experience working in Agile teams and using toolslike Jira Trello orAsana.
