Business Experience
  • Candidate should be experienced writing Functional and Technical Design Documents, Configuration Workbooks and Test Documents.
  • Candidate should be experienced in the development lifecycle and code management.
  • Candidate should be used to working with business representatives to understand issues and requirements both in person and remotely.
  • Candidate should be used to working both independently and as part of a team. 
  • Candidate should be self-motivated, able to work to timelines and requirements.
Module Experience
  • Candidate should have implemented or supported the ongoing configuration/development of Oracle Workforce Compensation with at least two lifecycles.
  • Candidate should have detailed knowledge of Compensation details like salary ranges, differentials, grade ladders, ICP’s, elements setup etc.
  • They should in addition be building knowledge in one of one of the following modules and a medium level of knowledge in at least one more: Oracle Time and Labour, Absence Management
Technical Skills
  • Must have knowledge:
    • Fast Formula (Compensation, OTL)
  • Desirable
    • OTBI/BIP
    • Approvals Management (AME)
    • Personalisation (Design Studio, Page Composer, Auto Complete Rules)

 

Job Details
  • This job is for a Technical Analyst to join our existing global HRIS team, supporting the maintenance and further development of our Oracle HCM Application.
  • A successful candidate will be required to work from Pune, India Office Location. Flexibility to align where possible to have overlap with EMEA and Americas team members will also be important.
  • The role will involve working independently and as part of a team to solve production issues raised by the business, work on changes to the system and work on project deliverables as larger areas of Oracle are deployed.
  • Activities may include: Requirements gathering, investigation and research, document writing, configuration, demonstration, testing, deployment.
  • University Degree.  Information Technology, MIS, Computer Science, Math, Business Analytics, Quantitative Business Analysis, or related field preferred.
