About this opportunity:
We at Ericsson are excited to present an opportunity to join our Human Resources department.
We are looking for Total Rewards GSSC who can perform global Total Rewards Operations tasks according to standard processes/procedures.
As a part of Total Rewards Delivery Specialist you will be a part of the Global Total Rewards Operations team & will work closely with Global & Unit TR SME teams to plan & support execution of TR processes like Salary Benchmarking, Salary Increase Budget Planning, Annual Salary Reviews, Short Term Variable Pay Plan Target set up, audits & pay-outs, Long term Variable Pay plans nomination & pay-outs, Impact Award nomination & pay-outs etc.
What you will do:
Support with end-to-end planning & execution of Ericsson global Total Rewards (TR) Compensation plans like Annual Salary Reviews, Short Term Variable plan target setting & pay-outs, Long Term Variable Pay Plan nomination & pay-outs & Impact Award Nomination & pay-outs Work with Global & Business unit TR teams to align on global & local compensation plan & pay-out requirements Co-create project plans & mechanism to track timelines across all global execution cycles Ability to comprehend data requirements from system perspective, data linkages, migration rules, retention rules, system interface & rules set-up.The skills you bring:
A Bachelor’s degree / Post Graduation Degree, preferably within HR or equal education Must have good proficiency in MS Excel, (including being proficient with creating pivot tables, v-lookups, Sumifs, countifs, maxifs, maxifs, subtotal, median, mode, averages, frequently used shortcuts, Pivot, Array Function, charting functions, etc.) Experience of HR function preferred Good to have -Understanding of organization structure and approach towards TR processes like salary benchmarking, salary budgeting, job mapping, annual salary reviews, variable pay plans & Impact Award.
