Requirements

Weare looking for a skilled Power BI Specialist to join our team. Theideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating managingand optimizing Power BI dashboards and reports. This role isessential for transforming raw data into meaningful insights andproviding actionable recommendations to drive business decisions.The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams tounderstand data requirements and ensure that Power BI solutionsmeet business needs.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • DashboardDevelopment:

    • Designdevelop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that providemeaningful insights into businessperformance.
    • Ensure that all reportsare userfriendly visually appealing and effectively communicate keymetrics.

  • DataAnalysis:

    • Analyzeand interpret complex data sets to identify trends patterns andanomalies.
    • Collaborate withstakeholders to gather data requirements and translate them intotechnical specifications for Power BIsolutions.

  • Collaborationand Support:

    • Workclosely with business users data analysts and IT teams to ensuredata accuracy and integrity.
    • Providetraining and support to endusers on how to utilize Power BIeffectively.

  • PerformanceOptimization:

    • Continuouslymonitor and optimize Power BI performance ensuring efficient datarefreshes and report loadingtimes.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve anyissues related to Power BI reports anddashboards.

  • Documentationand BestPractices:

    • Maintaindocumentation related to Power BI solutions including data sourcesmodel structures and reportspecifications.
    • Promote bestpractices in Power BI report development and data visualizationacross theorganization.

RequiredQualifications:

  • Provenexperience in developing and deploying Power BI reports anddashboards.
  • Strong understanding ofdata modeling and data warehousingconcepts.
  • Proficiency in DAX (DataAnalysis Expressions) and Power Query for datatransformation.
  • Experience with SQLand other data retrieval tools to extract and manipulatedata.

  • Stronganalytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention todetail.
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration with diverseteams.
  • Ability to manage multipleprojects and deadlines in a fastpacedenvironment.

PreferredQualifications:

  • Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Information Technology Data Science or arelated field.
  • Experience with otherdata visualization tools or BI platforms is aplus.
