JobDescription: Executive / Sr. Executive Social Media

KeyResponsibilities:
  1. Developand implement social media strategies by coordinating with vendorsto build and maintain the brand image across all social mediaplatforms.
  2. Ensure daily content for all socialmedia handles of the brand including written copy images and videosis approved post internal discussion.
  3. Trackbrand moments and trends on social media and identify opportunitiesto engage with our audience in realtime.
  4. Create and manage social media campaigns todrive engagement and increase brand awareness.
  5. Analyse and report on social media performancemetrics to assess the effectiveness of our social media strategiesand identify areas for improvement.
  6. Collaborate with other departments andstakeholders to ensure that social media strategies are alignedwith broader organizational goals.
  7. Stay up todate with the latest social media trends and best practices andincorporate these into our social media strategies asappropriate.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelorsor master s degree in marketing Communications or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 14 years of experience in socialmedia marketing.
  3. Strong content creative anddesign skills with experience using smart tools to curate engagingcontent for social media platforms.
  4. Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to writeeffective copy and engage with our audience on social mediaplatforms.
  5. Demonstrated experience developingand executing successful social media campaigns.
  6. Strong analytical and problemsolving skillswith the ability to analyse data to inform. decision making.
  7. Knowledge of the latest social media trendsand best practices.
