Responsibilities:
Security Strategy and Design:
Security Architecture Implementation:
Work with IT operations and development teams to implement security solutions according to designed architecture. Oversee the selection, configuration, and integration of security tools and technologies (firewalls, SIEM,IAM, etc.). Ensure security solutions are scalable, reliable, and meet performance requirements.Communication and Collaboration:
Clearly communicate security risks, solutions, and recommendations to management and stakeholders. Collaborate effectively with IT operations, development, and other teams to integrate security into daily operations. Document security policies, procedures, and architectures.Qualifications:
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in information security, with a strong focus on security architecture and design. Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing security solutions in complex IT environments. In-depth understanding of security best practices, frameworks, and compliance regulations (e.g., NIST Cybersecurity Framework, PCI DSS, HIPAA). Strong knowledge of network security principles (firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection/prevention systems) and cloud security concepts. Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) tools and security automation techniques. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Certifications such as CISSP, CCNP Security, or CISA are a plus.Working days/hours: Monday to Friday; Fully remote - Hyderabad
