Job Description: Python Developer with HR Tech and AI Integration Experience


We are seeking a skilled Python Developer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in developing HR Tech projects, recruitment projects, application tracking systems, and AI development projects. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in API integration and ChatGPT integration.


Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain HR Tech projects, recruitment projects, and application tracking systems using Python.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design efficient solutions.

- Integrate APIs and third-party services to enhance system functionality and data exchange.

- Implement AI technologies, including ChatGPT, to improve user experience and automate processes.

- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.

- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality software delivery.

- Collaborate with data scientists and AI developers to implement machine learning algorithms and models.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to HR Tech and AI integration.


Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Python Developer.

- Strong proficiency in Python programming language and related frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).

- Proven experience in developing HR Tech projects, recruitment projects, or application tracking systems.

- Solid understanding of API integration and experience working with various APIs.

- Familiarity with AI development projects and integration of AI technologies, such as ChatGPT.

- Experience in working with databases (e.g., SQL, MongoDB) and data modeling.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and prioritize tasks accordingly.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
