Relations Executive (GRE) isresponsible for providing customer service and ensuring guests havea positive experience. Their job duties may include: Greeting guests:Welcoming guests upon arrival and providing information about theproperty Handlingcomplaints: Addressing guest concerns and complaints in a timelyand efficient manner Assisting with requests: Helping guests withqueries or disputes and providing assistance with luggage Coordinating travel:Confirming travel arrangements and making bookings Providinginformation: Sharing information about the area amenities andvenues Recommendinglocal attractions: Offering recommendations for dining activitiesand local attractions Arranging transportation: Arrangingtransportation for guests Collecting feedback: Gathering feedback fromguests about their likes and dislikes Maintaining guest folios: Keeping track ofguest folios and noting their likes and dislikes Coordinating withhousekeeping: Working with housekeeping to clear rooms GREs may work inhotels motels and other hospitality operations. They should be ableto work shifts including days evenings weekends and holidays. Theyshould also have strong organizational and time management skillsand be professional in their demeanor andpresentation.
