Job Description

:
- Excellent Experience in developing/executing Service Design/IT Service Transition plans to transaction IT services/IT Project/Applications.
- Collaborate with project teams/stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient transition of IT services/IT solutions to support teams and establishing Service Operating Model.
- Proficient in setting up SLAs and support model for IT Operations teams.
- Hands on experience on cloud suppliers assessment/onboarding and managing IT Supplier Operations Management and reporting to stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of ITIL and IT Service Management best practices (certification would be add on)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving & analytical skills
- Contribute to develop and implement IT Services management best practices
- Excellent IT Service Management and Project Management Exp.
- Familiar with IT Project Management methodologies, such as Agile and Scale Agile
