Responsibilities:

  • Accounting:Havean oversight on the accounting function ensuring high level ofaccuracy and timely closure ofaccounts.

  • Compliances:Stay on top of all requirements and work towards establishingnecessary systems and procedures to ensure 100%compliances.

  • InternalControls:Developand maintain systems of internal controls to safeguard financialassets of the organization.

  • Cashflow:Monitor cash flows to ensure healthy liquidity and short and longterm sustainability of the companies and take necessary measures toensure availability of workingcapital.

  • AR&AP:Oversee all purchasing and payroll activity for staff andparticipants. Responsible for collections. Assist in the designimplementation and timely calculations of wage incentivescommissions and salaries for thestaff

  • Audits:Workclosely with the internal and external auditors. Workconstructively towards addressing issues and gaps identified by theauditors. Oversee the coordination and activities of independentauditors ensuring all audit issues are resolved and all complianceissues are met and the preparation of the annual financialstatements is in accordance with principles of accounting and otherrequired supplementary schedules and information.

  • Banking:Liaise with banks for limits constantly evaluate optimum andefficient bank funding and work with the management team forsuitable bankreporting.

  • FinancialPlanning & Analysis:Managethe entire FP&A functions. Guide and drive the FPA teamwith respect to budgeting financial analysis and group reporting.Work closely with the business heads with respect to variousoperating financials cost calculations budgets and inputs from acommercial point of view.

  • SystemsandProcesses:Need to lead and improvise various systems and processes tostrengthening those in line with best practices.

  • Strategyand Planning:Superviseand control all strategic and business aspects of the company. Makerecommendations on the impact of long run growth initiatives andensuring regulatory actions in alignment with strategies andplans.



Requirements

TechnicalSkills:

  • Around1520 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accountingwith at least 5 years in a leadership role

  • StrongCommercialacumen

  • Strategiccapability in planning andexecution

  • Strategicmindset and exposure to analytical decisionmakingprocesses.

  • Theincumbent also needs to be well conversant with the ERPsystem.

Technical Skills: Around 15-20 years of relevant experience inFinance & Accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadershiprole Strong Commercial acumen Strategic capability in planning andexecution Strategic mindset and exposure to analyticaldecision-making processes.
