Job Overview


We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development professional to join our team at Piegon Media Pvt Ltd. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving the growth and expansion of our business by identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in business development to take their career to the next level.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the B2B marketplace.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of the IT industry and digital marketing strategies is a plus.


Roles and Responsibilites

Identify New Sales leads.

Must have laptop ( Optional) and own vehicle

Field Sales

Prospect for new Clients by networking.

Cold Calling.

Identify potential Clients, and the decision makers within the Client organization.

Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.

Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the Company.

Set up meetings between Client decision makers and Companys practice leaders/Principals.

Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the clients needs, concerns, and objectives.

Participate in pricing the solution/service.

Forecast sales, develop out of the box sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness.

Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships.

Should provide a concise description of the services to the customers and also drawing attention to the benefits of the available services.

Manage multiple accounts simultaneously

Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
