ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY OF THE POSTION
1
Partner with global quality, engineering, manufacturing and other cross functional team on product and process development at external/internal supplier throughout the regional and global supply chain network to ensure the Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Development compliances (QCDD)

Partner with regional cross functional team and review risk mitigation round table with high-risk supplier’s and developed preventive plan with risk base thinking approach and execution of improvement strategy base plan in line with business goal.

Possess an ability to contribute at work both as individual as well as collaborator while utilizing my leadership and observational skills

To leading the supplier development teams effectively to execute daily activities in partner with global procurement, divisions and all other relevant across functional groups. Develop technical assessment for manufacturing process to identify the gap and risk, based on the historical technical input.

To perform new supplier capability analysis based on the business requirement and product line strategy.

To lead and support the engineering and product development team for various manufacturing process such as stamping, machining, casting etc.

To work with existing suppliers for manufacturing process improvement as per the feedback on stamping, machining, casting, forging commodity

To ensure all design and process ECN effective implementation at all stage including supplier and inhouse to avoid any non-conformance risk.
