What is the job about?

The system engineer provides IS Onsite Services to Sales or Production Companies, normally 100+ Employees

Responsible for providing IS Onsite Services in additional sales companies/branches (typically 3 to 6) in other countries together with the local IT Buddy 

He/she supports IS applications/services, both Office and Production and performs Hardware Asset Management Lifecycle services.

Participating in local/regional IS projects e.g., Infrastructure Lifecycle changes and IT Security projects

Your main responsibilities :

Planning and executing Hardware Asset Management Lifecycle services at multiple Company's e.g., PC's, Tablets, Monitors, standard meeting room equipment, Phones, Printers etc.  Order/Purchasing standard IT equipment  Local responsible for IT Processes, Services, Infrastructure Equipment and possible local IT Contracts e.g., Phone Subscriptions  Providing VIP and IS Partner support locally and in additional sales companies/branches  Supporting standard IS applications/services and ensures Service availability locally and in additional sales companies/branches  Responsible for IT Buddies in additional sales companies/branches  Act as the prolonged arm for global IS colleagues at designated Company's  Conducting IS trainings/knowledge transfer for business colleagues locally and for responsible companies  Owner/Driving IT Security Culture locally and for responsible companies  Participating in Duty Guard, if needed Supporting standard/Non-standard IS applications/services locally/regional Member of Regional CoE (Center of Excellence) groups e.g., Print, HAM, QE or Production Application Teams 

Your Background :

Technical education in IT or equivalent experience  At least 4 years of relevant work experience. Experience with production IT is an advantage. Fluent in English
