- To lead and manage the Key Customer Account in order to achieve total customer satisfaction, business objectives and operational efficiency;
- Pioneer a project management model within the organization for best practice, knowledge sharing and successful project execution.
- To work with teams of RFQ, Sourcing & materials, testing, assembly, prototype, and quality and to promote competency so as to provide customer and DLM value-added, cost-effective Services with the support of the Program Management team
- Interact with individuals at all organizational levels to resolve internal and external customer issues.
- To ensure good communication between Customer(s), CFT & DLM Business verticals.
- To follow up and optimize the product and service costing, inventory control and DIO, ECR & ECO, obsolescence control and excess material sales.
- To be responsible for Budget forecasting accuracy in Sales Reports
- Ability to understand technical subjects and emerging technologies and relevance to industrialization.
- Customer satisfaction and profitable business performance.
