Overview:The Meta AdsExpert plays a crucial role in developing and executing effectiveadvertising campaigns on the Meta advertising platform. They areresponsible for optimizing ad campaigns analyzing ROI and drivingconversion through strategic targeting and compelling adcreative.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Develop andimplement paid advertising strategies on the Metaplatform
  • Optimize ad campaigns to maximize ROIand achieve business objectives
  • Conductthorough audience targeting and segmentation to reach the desireddemographics
  • Perform A/B testing to enhance adperformance and drive conversions
  • Monitor andanalyze campaign performance providing actionable insights andrecommendations
  • Collaborate with the creativeteam to develop engaging and impactful ad copy andvisuals
  • Stay updated on industry trends andplatform changes to ensure campaigneffectiveness
  • Manage ad budgets and biddingstrategies to achieve costeffectiveresults
  • Implement pixel and event tracking foraccurate conversion measurement
  • Identify andcapitalize on new advertising opportunities within the Metaplatform
  • Report on advertising performance andprovide regular updates tostakeholders
  • Contribute to the development ofoverall digital marketing strategies andobjectives
  • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to align ad campaigns with broader marketinginitiatives
  • Stay informed on best practices andinnovations in digitaladvertising
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inMarketing Advertising or related field
  • Provenexperience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns onthe Meta platform
  • Demonstrated ability toanalyze campaign performance and make datadrivenrecommendations
  • Proficiency in using admanagement tools and platforms such as Meta BusinessManager
  • Strong understanding of digitaladvertising principles and bestpractices
  • Excellent knowledge of SEM and paidsocial advertising
  • Ability to conduct indepthaudience research and targeting
  • Experience inad copywriting and creativedevelopment
  • Expertise in conversion trackingand attribution modeling
  • Strong analytical andproblemsolving skills
  • Ability to manage adbudgets and optimize biddingstrategies
  • Excellent communication andcollaboration skills
  • Uptodate with the latesttrends and developments in digitaladvertising
  • Certifications in Meta advertisingor related fields is a plus
  • Understanding ofHTML and JavaScript for ad tracking andimplementation
