1.Man power allocation and monitoring of press crews

2.Monitoring hourly output with Quality

3.Updating & Verification of shopfloor documants of DM,4M,drwings,OEE,shift log report and Live documents

4.Forging related problem solving by smart way

5.Verification of First piece pass off and monitoring hourly rejections

6.Skills required to study the forging drawing ,FMEA,Maintenance and tool room related activities

8.Handling of shift meeting and min requirmenet of IR issue 

9.SAP knowledge 

10.Auto transfer system knowledge

11.Inventory managemnet skills required

12.Forging tools knowledge

13.Forging press & Heat treat ment Knowledge

14.Identifciation of RM grade and tracability
