Inviting applications for the role Senior Principal Consultant-– MSBI Developer
 Requires a strong background in software development and can blend their technical experience with strong project management skills.
 Responsibilities
• Develop reports using Microsoft Reporting Services (SSRS) from a variety of data sources including Analysis Services Cubes and relational databases.
• Developing new reports using existing data sources and models or creating entirely new data models from scratch
• Writing strong T-SQL code to query databases to retrieve data for analysis.
• Development of complex SQL Code (stored procedures, functions and views)
• Designing new reports from scratch or modifying existing templates to meet clients’ needs.
• Creating custom reports that display specific data in a format requested by client.
• Participating in meetings with clients to define business goals and objectives of reports.
• Analyzing data to identify trends or patterns that may impact business operations.
• Researching new data sources and methods to improve reporting capabilities.
• Presenting results in visual formats such as charts and graphs
• Unit Test and prepare for SSRS reports for deployment to production and non-production environments.
Support system and acceptance testing including the development or refinement of test plans.

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
• Design and implement scalable, robust data pipelines using DBT (or Coalesce) and Snowflake.
• Integrate various data sources into Snowflake using Fivetran, DBT, Coalesce, and other ETL tools.
• Design and apply appropriate security and masking policies to efficiently control access to sensitive financial data.
• Collaborate with business users to understand data needs, project goals, and deliver tailor-made cloud solutions that delight while achieving acceptance criteria and other non-functional requirements.
• Engage in Agile methodologies, particularly scrum, to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to develop, test, and deploy solutions that meet performance standards and best practices.
• Produce well-documented, performant, and maintainable code that can be shipped frequently using automation.
• Ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance in all aspects of development and deployment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• MSBI SSRS Reporting Engineer requires being strong in SSRS and T-SQL and SQL Server. Must be aware of data warehousing concepts.
