Job Overview

We are seeking a Stock Executive to join our team at Illusion Dental Laboratory. As a Stock Executive, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, and coordinating with vendors. This is a full-time position located in Boisar, Maharashtra, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in stock management or a similar role
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other stock management tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Vendor management experience is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor inventory levels, ensuring sufficient stock for production needs
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Perform regular stock audits and report any discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records of stock transactions, including inward and outward movement
• Inspect incoming materials for quality and quantity
• Collaborate with the production team to forecast stock requirements
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement in stock management
• Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized stockroom
• Conduct periodic stock counts to reconcile physical stock with system records
