Healthcare Data EntrySpecialist

Healthcare/PrescriptionData Entry Specialist is primarily responsible for processing ofprescriptions for DME.

JobResponsibilities

To verifyprescription data according to different insurerrequirements.

Update verified data tothe software.

Cross check doctor sNPI and diagnosis code

EmailCustomers with any missing information on theprescription.

Reach out tocustomers/patients with any queries/questions raised bythem.

Performs miscellaneousjobrelated duties as assigned.

Additionally calling experience would be an addedadvantage.

Maintains strictestconfidentiality; adheres to all HIPAAguidelines/regulations.


Qualifications

Graduate preferably from science background with minimum 2 years ofexperience in Insurance Healthcare domain (US Healthcare/DataDomain)/Customer Service.

6 months 1year experience in calling would be an addedadvantage.

Understanding of insurancerequirements (US insurance domain)

Strong communication skills. Ability to answer the agentsquestions.

Experience in technology(Excel and Reporting)

Ability tomanage daily weekly andmonthly
