ResponsibilitiesManage the entire contract lifecycle from initial request draftingnegotiation post tender process contract compliance and tillcontract closure. Review analyse andinterpret contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance andmitigate risks. Drafting reviewing andnegotiating contracts with customers andvendors. Act as single point of contact forall contract related communications and keep track of allcorrespondence Collaborate with internalstakeholders including business units legal and finance teams tofacilitate contract review approval andexecution. Negotiate contract terms and anyamendments with vendors and other externalparties. Collaborate and provide support tocross functional teams regarding contract interpretationobligations and deliverables Monitor andensure compliance with contractual obligations terms andconditions. Work closely with internal departments to trackdeliverables performance metrics and service level agreements(SLAs) Ensure accurate and timelydocumentation contract records and reportingTrack the status and key milestones of contracts throughout theirlifecycle. Maintain a comprehensive contract repository and utilizecontract management tools to monitor deadlines renewals and keyperformance indicators (KPIs) Assist inreviewing contracts to identify potential risks conflicts anddiscrepancies. Conduct thorough analysis of contract termsconditions and obligations to ensure alignment with businessobjectives and mitigate risks Assist inidentifying assessing and mitigating contractrelated risks.Contribute to the development and implementation of risk managementstrategies to protect the organizations interests and ensurecontractual compliance Support theestablishment of metrics and evaluation criteria to assess contractperformance. Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct periodicperformance reviews analyze data and provide insights forimprovement Continuously evaluate andenhance contract management processes. Identify opportunities forprocess optimization automation and standardization to improveefficiency accuracy and overalleffectiveness. Identify and escalatecontract related issues disputes and deviations forresolution Assist in maintaining accurateand uptodate contract documentation including versions amendmentsand approvals. Generate reports and provide insights on contractstatus risks and performance as required.Keep abreast of relevant laws regulations and industry bestpractices related to contract managementClose monitoring of contract performance and Timely Escalation ofmatters on need based Participate incontract audits and compliance reviews asrequired Upon contract closure ensure vendorperformance is captured Monitor and analyse data to evaluate vendorperformanceRequirements10 15 years of experience in contract management or a relatedfield Proven track record in managingcontracts and ensuring compliance Strongnegotiation and written and verbal communication skills with theability to influence stakeholders Excellentanalytical and problem solving abilitiesFamiliarity with contract administration processes includingdrafting reviewing and interpretation ofcontracts Detailed oriented with strongorganisation skills Ability to workindependently and meet stringent timelinesProficiency in working with Microsoft Office tools and usingcontract management tools andapplicationsSkillsContract Management (both Spend & Revenuecontracts) RFP & Contract agreementreview Identifying Delivery Risks andContractual Obligations Contract LifecycleManagement including change requests etcVendor performance Management Negotiation ofContractsEducationAny Graduate degree in business administration finance or relevantfield.
