Exceleron s Test Manager reports to ChiefTechnology Officer and works closely with the Engineering andCustomer Support teams to manage the creation testing anddocumentation of test cases. The Test Manager coordinates effortsto ensure that deployed systems at key utility customers adhere toconfigured utility business rules and is responsible forcoordinating the tracking and reporting of found defects via atrouble ticketsystem.
ResponsibilitiesProvide supervision and guidance and setting priorities to membersof the test team Need to manage US testingresources Help define test goals andobjectives for the team based on the specific utilityproject Coordinate the creation of TestCases based functional specifications with the help of asystem/subject matter expert Createtraceability matrices by mapping test cases to use cases torequirements Capture project risks andmitigations Manage the of the test programand subsets of test cases in multiple customer testenvironments Coordinate the capture anddocumentation of any discovered defects via a troubleticketsystem Coordinate the testing of any fixeddefects that are promoted to the TestingEnvironments
PositionRequirements 6 years ofproven experience in testing relatedposition Extensive experience in AzureDevOps Testing and Automation Testing Stronganalytical and problemsolving skills and should have the ability tosolve complex problem Possession ofexcellent verbal and written communication. Ability to articulateand communicate concisely and crisplyAbility to multitask and shift gears quickly work independently andcollaboratively adapt easily to shifting priorities process changesand schedule changes Outstanding individualinitiative; extremely driven and able to successfully setpriorities drive decisions and get closure on recommendations andissues. Excellent oral written andpresentation communications skills with the ability to communicateconcisely. Proficient with MS Office Tools(e.g. Outlook Word Excel ProjectPowerPoint)
