Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist who will help to increase brand awareness, promote company products or services, drive prospects to conversions, initiate effective marketing campaigns online, and translate business goals into successful marketing campaigns.

Job Role

He /She will lead our marketing efforts using digital tools and will work with different teams to coordinate our marketing, advertising and promotional activities. The ultimate goal lies in giving our company a strong digital presence with increased client engagement.

Experience: 4+ years

Location: Bhubaneshwar, Odisha

Salary: 20 to 25k

Educational Qualification: Bachelors/Masters (Digital Marketing Specialization)

Responsibilities

  • Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
  • Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.
  • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Attending International Client & Internal Project Discussion Meetings
  • Ability to engage clients for strengthening longer relationships.

Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience

Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.

  • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.

Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaigns overall performance.

Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.

  • Monitoring, reviewing and improving digital marketing performance.
  • Motivate team to achieve results from Campaign within deadlines.

Excellent communication skills

Extrovert in nature

Proven work experience as a Digital media specialist ( SEO, SMO, PPC, Google Ads, Email, ORM Content Marketing)

Creating and maintaining client relationships

Should be a strong strategist and have the ability to work in deadlines

Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis

Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

Solid knowledge of website analytics tools

Must have expertise in Digital tools (Adwords, SMERush, UbberSuggest, Analytics, Console, AHREF, MOZ) and so on,

Creative and Good Presentation Skill

Strong data analytical skills

Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
