KeyResponsibilities:

  1. Developand articulate the L&D vision strategies and culture that alignwith organizational goals and objectives.
  2. Design implement and manage a diverse range of existingand new learning and development programs processes policies andplans.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders toidentify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measurethe effectiveness of the L&D ecosystem.
  4. Continuously evaluate and improve learning initiatives toensure alignment with business needs and industry bestpractices.
  5. Stay abreast of the latestdevelopments in learning trends methodologies and technologies toincorporate innovative practices into our L&Dprograms.
  6. Provide thought leadership andguidance on learning concepts motivation theories and performanceenhancement strategies.
  7. Foster a continuouslearning and development culture by promoting engagement andparticipation in L&D activities.
  8. Buildstrong relationships with internal teams external vendors andindustry experts to leverage resources and expertise in the L&Dspace.
  9. Conduct regular assessments of learningneeds and preferences to tailor programs and initiatives to meetthe diverse needs of our workforce.
  10. Lead byexample in promoting a growth mindset and a commitment to lifelonglearning among employees.

Qualifications:
  1. Masters degree in Human Resources or a relatedfield.
  2. Proven experience in a similar rolefocusing on designing and implementing learning and developmentprograms.
  3. Strong conceptual understanding oflearning theories motivation and performance enhancementstrategies.
  4. Familiarity with learningmanagement systems (LMS) and other learningtechnologies.
  5. Excellent project managementskills with the ability to manage multiple initiativessimultaneously.
  6. Exceptional communicationinterpersonal and presentation skills.
