This is a remote position.

  • Conduct outbound callsto prequalified leads to introduce our loan products and theirbenefits.
  • Effectively communicate productfeatures and address customer queries in clear and concise Kannada&Tamil.
  • Build rapport with potentialcustomers and convert leads into salesopportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of allcustomerinteractions.
  • Achieve daily and monthly calltargets.


Requirements
  • Native or fluentKannada speaker with excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
  • Minimum 1 year experience intelemarketing or sales (experience in the banking sector aplus).
  • Strong understanding of loanproducts and financial services(preferred).
  • Ability to work independentlywhile meeting deadlines andtargets.
  • Positive attitude selfmotivatedand a teamplayer.
