Position Title - Logistics and Warehouse (Chakan)

highest degree - Diploma in mechanical Engineering

SAP knowledge with core experience in Logistics and Warehousing with VSM approach and Lean management

Working experience:

5 to 8 years in relevant function

Knowledge and skills:

Understand the Drawing specification and processes. Experience in import and export logistics Proficient in Logistics and warehouse, with core experience in Mechanical and electrical parts for heavy duty Machine assembly, could continuously integrate and optimize the supplier pool according to the company's needs. Proficiency in SAP and Power BI experience is additional.

Language:

Excellent English verbal and written communication

Highly committed for roles and responsibilities  Good communication skill Good Team player Collaborative nature with other departments, clients and suppliers is necessary. Follow all the rules and regulations as per Code of Conduct of TRUMPF India Responsible for inbound and outbound Logistics activities​. Create and prepare analyses. Determine and prepare logistics process key figures. Support with delivery escalations in the event of missing parts. Coordinating and optimizing logistical parameters (lead times, batch sizes, transport, packaging) at the interface between supplier and assembly to ensure an optimal supply of parts in line with requirements. Active participation in supplier quality management in cooperation with related departments Assures long term Forecasting and develop plan accordingly. Keeping track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency Arranging warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments Responsible for the overall logistics of the facility including inventory control, packaging, shipping and receiving. Assures that customer orders are shipped and received on time. Ensure invoices are in compliance to tariff and customs regulations
