RoleDescriptionThisis a fulltime onsite role located in Hyderabad for a HyperionEssbase Planning professional. As a Hyperion Essbase Planningexpert you will be responsible for daytoday tasks such as analyzingfinancial data developing planning models creating reports andproviding support to endusers. You will collaborate withcrossfunctional teams and stakeholders to ensure accurate andefficient financial planning andanalysis.
Responsibilities

• Workclosely with Finance accounting and FP&A team to managefinancial close processes annual operating planningforecasting
• Manage onprem andcloud systems with high availability to support major financialreports for SEC reporting internal managementreporting
• Provide a combination of technicaland business expertise to EPM and upstream/downstream applicationsto assist with the implementation of strategic businessneeds
• Serve as the first point of contact forfinance/accounting to support their reporting needs toimprove/design new business processes
• Run auditreports to maintain clean and accurate data across variousfinancial processes
• Provide reporting andanalytics for reliable access to highqualitydata
• Manage the development and maintenance ofreporting and project documentation
• Crate dataand process flow diagrams to facilitate design discussions forsystem enhancements and M&A.
• Support indesigning of training material and conduct internal trainingsessions for business users on reporting analysis in Finance andaccounting areas
• Support and develop useracceptance testing plan coordinate testing and document testresults of new systems/reporting functionality andprocesses
• Oversee an effective changemanagement process to facilitate the adoption of newrequirements

• EPRCS (Oracle Enterprise PerformanceReporting Cloud Service)
• Design &Implementation of custom and modulebased applications in Oracle EMPcloud
• Strong knowledge and handson workingexperience in designing and supporting of RDBMS MDBMS OLAP& OLTP systems
• Working experience inETL process and designing datamart
• Workingexperience of Oracle SQL Unix Shell Scripting EPM Automate MaxLBusiness Rules Calculation Scripts Load rules application migrationin different environments cloning cloud environment database backupdesigning security
• Cloud Data Management DataExchange and Smart lists
• Designing dashboardsin the cloud
• Strong knowledge and experience inGroovy
• Design & Support Narrativereporting
• Knowledge of EBS systems: GL& Consolidation.
• Experience inreporting systems like Tableau and OBIEE is aplus.
• Certification is a must in any of theareas of cloud Hyperion
• Extensive experience inworkforce customization is a must.
• Integrationexperience with Oracle EBS for their GL systems and Workdayapplications for HRfunctions
