Overview:The role ofDM/DNB Gastroenterologist at our facility in Bathinda Punjab playsa critical part in providing expert medical care and treatment topatients with gastrointestinal conditions. The Gastroenterologistwill be an essential member of our healthcare team contributing tothe diagnosis treatment and management of diseases and disorders ofthe digestive system.KeyResponsibilities:

• Conducting patientconsultations and medicalexaminations
• Performing endoscopic proceduressuch as gastroscopies andcolonoscopies
• Ordering and interpretingdiagnostic tests and imaging studies
• Developingand implementing treatment plans for patients with digestivedisorders
• Monitoring and managing patient carein inpatient and outpatientsettings
• Participating in multidisciplinaryteam meetings and collaborating with other healthcareprofessionals
• Providing education andcounseling to patients and theirfamilies
• Contributing to clinical research andacademic activities
• Maintaining accurate andupdated medical records
• Staying abreast oflatest developments and best practices inGastroenterology

RequiredQualifications:

• DM or DNB inGastroenterology from a recognizedinstitution
• Valid medical license andregistration to practice in Punjab
• Minimum of23 years of clinical experience as aGastroenterologist
• Expertise in performingendoscopic procedures and interpretingresults
• Strong diagnostic and decisionmakingskills
• Excellent communication andinterpersonal abilities
• Ability to workeffectively in a multidisciplinary team
• Acommitment to continuous learning and professionaldevelopment
• Experience in conducting andpublishing clinical research is preferred
• Soundunderstanding of medical ethics and patientconfidentiality
