About the role
As a Sales Development Representative, you will have the opportunity to impact the bottom line and create new business opportunities for Builder. You’ll be finding and qualifying high potential leads, and will pass them to the senior sales team to take forward. Your role determines the success and pace of growth of the entire company – developing the pipeline of future paying customers.

Must have previous experience in an SDR/Inside sales type capacity, we do not have the capacity or patience to teach this for this first-hire roles in country Experience working within a high paced team, but also with a temperance and self-drive to work in isolation some of the time Candidate must have strong interpersonal and communications skills with experience as a self-starter or working in a start-up role or company Strong capacity and willingness to learn/develop is a must Experience in cloud computing, start-up, AI prefer but not mandatory Degree is preferred for these roles with a focus on Computer Science, Engineering, or Business degree Ideal candidates will bring 2-5 years of sales back-ground experience for the roleAnd after all of this… You can write your own path at Whether you would like to be a key player on the SDR team or join our rockstar Sales team… You decide your future, we give you the building blocks to create your journey.
