TO ENSURE REQUIRED SPARES ARE AVAILABLE AND INFORMING TO SENIOR FOR THE SPARE THAT ARE NOT AVAILABLE. KEEPING ALL THE SPARES/EQUIPMENT/MACHINE WITH PROPER CLEANLINESS ON WHICH ONE IS WORKING. ENSURING PROPER SPARES ARE USED FOR RIGHT MACHINE/EQUIPMENT. OPTIMUM UTILIZATION OF ALL THE SPARES AND CONSUMABLES. HEALTHY CONDITION OF MACHINES FOR PROPER WORKING, IN CASE OF ABNORMALLY, SECTION ENGINEER TO BE INFORMED. PPE’S USE AT TIME OF OPERATION. MAINTAIN RECORD AND USE CALIBRATED INSTRUMENTS AS PER PROCEDURE. CHECK AND SET WELDING PARAMETER AS PER WPS. PROPER HOUSEKEEPING MAINTAIN AT WORKING AREA.
