All below work is to be performed at different factory/commercial/ residential project sites. 


1. Carry out the planned and reactive maintenance on the ELV/IT services and systems such as, CCTV, access control, turnstile, structural cabling, IPTV, UPS, motorized blind and louver, gate barrier, audio and back ground music, lighting control and parking management systems.

2. Monitor rectify and/or repair ELV/IT systems and services and maintain and update records on a daily basis.

3. Assist in monitoring ELV systems status, functionality, and update records as required.

4. Maintain up to date knowledge for the safe and efficient performance of all duties.

5. Specifically for CCTV, EPABX, Fire Alarm, Access Control and network cabling.
