We are seeking a highly skilled andexperienced SuccessFactors Developer with at least 5 years ofhandson experience to join our dynamic team. The successfulcandidate will play a key role in designing developing implementingand maintaining SAP SuccessFactors solutions to meet theorganizations human capital management (HCM) needs. The individualshould have a strong understanding of SuccessFactors modulesintegration capabilities and a proven track record of deliveringsuccessfulimplementations.Responsibilities:- SystemDesign andDevelopment:
- Collaboratewith stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable andefficient SuccessFactors solutions.
- Developcustomize and configure SuccessFactors modules based on businessrequirements.
- Implement and maintainintegrations between SuccessFactors and other enterprisesystems.
- CustomizationandEnhancement:
- Customizeand extend SuccessFactors functionalities to meet unique businessprocesses.
- Implement and maintain customworkflows forms and business rules withinSuccessFactors.
- DataManagement:
- Managedata migration activities ensuring accurate and secure transfer ofdata into SuccessFactors.
- Develop and maintaindata interfaces to integrate SuccessFactors with othersystems.
- Testingand QualityAssurance:
- Conductthorough testing of SuccessFactors configurations and customdevelopments to ensure highqualitydeliverables.
- Collaborate with qualityassurance teams to develop and execute testplans.
- Documentation:
- Createand maintain comprehensive documentation for all SuccessFactorsconfigurations custom developments andintegrations.
- Provide training anddocumentation for endusers and supportteams.
- ContinuousImprovement:
- Stayinformed about the latest updates and features inSuccessFactors.
- Proactively identifyopportunities for system optimization andenhancements.
- CollaborationandSupport:
- Workclosely with crossfunctional teams including HR IT and otherbusiness units.
- Provide technical support andtroubleshooting for SuccessFactorsrelatedissues.
- Education:
- Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Information Technology or relatedfield.
- Experience:
- Minimumof 5 years of handson experience as a SuccessFactorsDeveloper.
- TechnicalSkills:
- Proficientin SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee CentralPerformance & Goals Compensation Recruiting andLearning.
- Strong experience with SuccessFactorsintegrations using SAP Cloud Integration or similarmiddleware.
- Knowledge of SAP HCM and relatedmodules is aplus.
- Certifications:
- SAPSuccessFactors certification(s) is highlydesirable.
- CommunicationandCollaboration:
- Excellentcommunication skills with the ability to interact effectively withboth technical and nontechnicalstakeholders.
- Proven ability to workcollaboratively in a teamorientedenvironment.
