This is a remoteposition.

As aProduct Designer you will play a pivotal role in designing theapplication and website of HeyoPhone and offer help in the designof the MyOperator website and its application products. You willbring along the skills and knowledge necessary to build a seamlessuser experience for these domains as well as drive the total brandexperience forward. You will have a strong understanding of UI andUX design principles and graphic/ visual design as well as theability to solve complex design problems and realize a productalong with the team.
Whileworking in the design team here you will be working with some ofthe most talented passionate creative and processdriven individualsaround so you can expect to learn as much from them as you do fromus

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct user research to understand user needs painpoints and behaviors.
  • Collaboratewith product managers engineers and other stakeholders to translatebusiness objectives into usercentered productdesigns.
  • Develop creative andinnovative design solutions that are both aesthetically pleasingand functionally sound.
  • Craft userflows wireframes prototypes and highfidelity mockups to communicatedesign ideas effectively.
  • Conductusability testing and iterate on designs based on userfeedback.
  • Stay uptodate on thelatest design trends and best practices in UXdesign.
  • Create and maintain designdocumentation for future reference.


Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Designer ora related field.
  • Proven trackrecord of designing and launching successful digitalproducts.
  • Strong understanding ofusercentered design (UCD) principles.
  • Excellent problemsolving and criticalthinkingskills.
  • Ability to workindependently and as part of a crossfunctionalteam.
  • Excellent communication andcollaboration skills.
  • Proficiencyin design tools such as Figma Sketch or AdobeXD.
  • A strong portfolio showcasingyour design process and past work.

-3 years of experience as a UI/UX designer or similar role in aproduct-based organisation. -Should hold a bachelor's degree(preferably in design, fine art, or engineering). -A strongunderstanding of UX design processes, Usability best practices,Usability Principles, UI patterns, Research methodologies, and UserInterviewing techniques. -Stronghold of design tools such as AdobeXD or Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe AfterEffects. -Sound knowledge of Design Systems, importance &implementation protocols, and UX design tools and resources.-Knowledge of human interactions, behavior, etc. -Should hold abachelor's degree (preferably in design, fine art, or engineering).-An excellent portfolio that demonstrates design thinking andproblem-solving capabilities, with an emphasis on design and userexperience. -Excellent team management and collaboration skills.-Exposure to development tools and frameworks. -Strong written andverbal communication skills, as well as presentation skills. Alongwith these, it will be great to have, -Demonstrated experience inmanaging or mentoring a team of designers. -Good understanding ofBusiness and Human psychology. -Knowledge of brand design.-Exposure to a wide variety of problem spaces, and technologies.-Excellent skills in prototyping, sketching etc. -A zeal forunderstanding new technologies, trends and tools.
