*JobSummary:*

We are seeking anexperienced and dynamic Business Development Manager BusinessAdministrator Growth Strategist to lead and oversee activitieswithin our growing company. The successful candidate will beresponsible for managing a team of Mini Business Managers GrowthStrategist and Administrators and will play a key role in writingand editing content producing business case studies building avibrant community organizing trainings programs and eventsspearheading HR initiatives handing graphics and video contentcreation and driving our overall growth strategy. The idealcandidate will have a strong entrepreneurial mindset and be adeptat using technology and SaaS products to enhance our digitalmarketing and revenue generationefforts.

*KeyResponsibilities:*

*Leadershipand Management:*

(1) Provideleadership and direction to Mini Business Managers and theAdministration team.

(2) Conduct performancereviews set objectives and foster a culture of excellence andcontinuousimprovement.

*Writingand Editing:*

(1) Oversee thecreation and refinement of compelling content for various platformsensuring clear effective communication that aligns with our brandvoice.

*ContentCreation Business Case Studies and CommunityBuilding:*

(1) Lead thedevelopment of insightful case studies that showcase oursuccesses.

(2) Cultivate a strong community byengaging with members identifying their needs and facilitatingvaluableconnections.

*Training Coordination:*

(1)Organize and manage the scheduling and logistics of internal andexternal trainings.

(2) Ensure trainers andtraining materials meet the companys qualitystandards.

*Human Resources:*

(1) Oversee thehiring process including interviewing assessing and onboarding newstaff.

(2) Administer HRrelated documents andpolicies and handle workplacedynamics.

*Social Media and Marketing:*

(1)Manage our social media presence and campaigns engaging with ouraudience and maintaining a positive brandimage.

(2) Create and implement marketingstrategies to attract new clients and retain existingones.

(3) Content Creation (Text Graphics VideoAI) and curation for Social Media and customercommunication.

(4) Organising Quiz Competitionand successful execution for subjects covered in Engg ScienceCommerce Arts MBA programs UPSC Examsetc

*GrowthStrategy:*

(1) Develop and executestrategies for business expansion and revenuegeneration.

(2) Analyze market trends and adaptbusiness plansaccordingly.

*Networking and Partnerships:*

(1)Establish and maintain partnerships with other organizations toleverage mutual interests.

(2) Actively networkto identify new business opportunities and areas forcollaboration.

*Technology and DigitalMarketing:*

(1) Utilize SaaSproducts to create highconverting landingpages.

(2) Leverage digital marketing tools toenhance online presence and drive businessresults.

*Entrepreneurial Thinking:*

(1)Approach challenges and opportunities with an innovativeentrepreneurial mindset.

(2) Identify and analyzenew business models that could contribute to the companyssuccess.

*Qualifications:*

Bachelors degree or undergraduate student

willingness to prove team building leadership and team managementskills.

Strong written or verbal communicationabilities.

Experience in digital marketingsocial media management and content creation.

Familiarity analytical thinking and programming knowledge with SaaSproducts CRM tools and digital marketingplatforms.

Talent for networking partnershipbuilding and community engagement.

A trackrecord of driving revenue growth and developing successful businessstrategies.

HR and hiring experience with a keenunderstanding of organizational dynamics.

Excellent time management and organizationalskills.

Ability to think critically solveproblems and make decisions like anentrepreneur.

*Compensation:*

We typically provide 2000 per month fixedstipend for Remote WorkFromHome internship
