We are seeking a talented Jewelry Consultant for Reliance - Jewels at

Vijayawada store. As a Jewelry Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. This is a full-time position based in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India, with an emphasis on junior candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in jewelry sales or a related field
• Excellent knowledge of different types of jewelry, gemstones, and precious metals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems
• Good organizational and time management skills
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Team player with a positive attitude

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry items based on their preferences and budgets
• Provide professional advice and guidance to customers on jewelry styles, trends, and quality
• Inform customers about the features, benefits, and care instructions of different jewelry pieces
• Maintain and update knowledge of current jewelry trends and market prices
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and meet customer satisfaction goals
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the company's POS system
• Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and security of the jewelry display and inventory
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
• Contribute to the overall success of the store by assisting with promotional activities and events
