We are seeking anexperienced and selfmotivated Technical LeadLMS with 10 years of relevant experience. The idealcandidate will have strong expertise in developing LearningManagement Systems (LMS) using .NET technologies Angular and SQLServer. The successful candidate will be responsible for leadingthe design development and maintenance of web applications whilecollaborating with crossfunctional teams to deliver highqualitysoftware solutions.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Lead the design development and maintenance of.NET applications usingC# andASP.NET.
  • Developand manage user interfaces andcomponents using Angular 8 and relatedfrontend technologies.
  • Create and optimizeSQL Server databases focusing ondesign performance and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (UI/UX productmanagement QA) to define design and deliver newfeatures.
  • Participate in codereviews testing and debugging to ensure high codequality and performance.
  • Ensure thetechnical feasibility of UI/UX designsand optimize applications for maximum speed andscalability.
  • Mentor and guideteam members in best practices and developmentmethodologies.
  • Oversee the development andintegration of RESTful APIs and webservices.
  • Stay current with webdevelopment best practices to enhance applicationsecurity and efficiency.

EligibilityCriteria:

  • 10 years of experience insoftware development with a strong focus onLMS and .NETtechnologies.
  • Extensiveexperience with Angular 8 and relatedfrontend technologies.
  • Expertise inSQL Server database managementincluding optimization and maintenance.
  • Strongknowledge of RESTful APIs andweb services.
  • Solid understanding of web development bestpractices and performance optimizationtechniques.
  • Familiarity withAgile developmentmethodologies.
  • Excellentproblemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Strongcommunication and leadership abilities to collaborate effectivelyacross teams.

Education andQualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or arelated field.
  • Proven track record of leadinghighquality software solutions delivered on time.
