JobOverview: As a Junior recruiter at Empasys you willhave the opportunity to gain handson experience in the recruitmentand talent acquisition process. Under the guidance of ourexperienced TA and HR team you will support various aspects of therecruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening candidates toassisting with onboarding activities. This internship offers avaluable opportunity to develop essential skills in talentacquisition and human resources while contributing to our missionof attracting and retaining toptalent.

KeyResponsibilities:

Assist withsourcing and identifying potential candidates through onlinechannels job boards social media and other recruitmentplatforms.

Review resumes and applicationsconduct initial screenings and coordinate candidateinterviews.

Support the scheduling of interviewscommunicate with candidates regarding interview details and ensurea positive candidate experience throughout the recruitmentprocess.

Assist with reference checks backgroundscreenings and other preemployment verificationprocesses.

Collaborate with the HR team tomaintain accurate candidate records and update the applicanttracking system (ATS) with candidate information and statusupdates.

Contribute to the development ofrecruitment marketing materials including job descriptions jobpostings and employer branding initiatives.

Assist with onboarding activities for new hires including preparingwelcome kits coordinating orientation sessions and collectingrequired documentation.

Participate in teammeetings training sessions and other learning opportunities toenhance your understanding of talent acquisition best practices andHRprocesses.

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelors degree in computer science or any relatedfield

Strong interest in pursuing a career intalent acquisition HR or recruitment.

Excellentcommunication skills both written and verbal.

Detailoriented with strong organizational and time managementabilities.

Ability to work effectively in a teamenvironment and collaborate with crossfunctionalteams.

Proficiency in Microsoft Officeapplications (Word Excel PowerPoint) and familiarity with applicanttracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
