Job Summary:

The Strategy & Performance Team are responsible for leading, developing and implementing the strategic plans across Group Property together with capturing, reporting, and improving the wider team’s performance. This role is crucial in providing the detailed support and insight to effectively deliver our property services whilst ensuring all key stakeholders are kept informed.

Accountabilities:

Drive month end financial deep dives on all global property expenditure, Identify, research and take appropriate action on any errors and omissions.

Lead month end accruals activities across all spend categories and Lead and co-ordinate multi-process teams to resolve complex financial issues.

Act as financial SME on detailed enquiries

Facilitate the production and integration of monthly regional performance data. Be responsible for producing well-constructed monthly reports and presentations.

Provide support to FM contract manager on contract adherence, change control notices and reporting to business customers.

Support Budget Manager in budgeting process and ad-hoc projects, Full year budget v actual, investigation, commentary and resolving corrections.

Responsible for scoping variance reporting utilising Microsoft Power BI and other software tool and ensure all relevant processes are clear, simple and documented

Lead Project NEO analytics based on support files by country, Campus, Site, business, PO etc.

Liaising with budget holders to regularly review the costs, Inputting of supplier files into the Managed Spend PBI reports, Develop and maintain tools to evaluate portfolio performance and identify areas of focus.

Demonstrate an understanding of wider Finance issues outside of own organisation.

Work with internal and external stakeholders to support the creation and management of all Group Property multi-year and annual plans and budgets.

Create, develop, and ensure compliance with all relevant processes and policies within areas of responsibility.

Contribute to an open, creative and collaborative culture.

Skills & Qualifications:

Qualified accountant or demonstrated relevant experience.

Excellent analytical skills and proven experience in presenting & communicating to finance and non-finance colleagues at all levels

Demonstrated success in delivering change / improvement projects.

Enquiring logical approach with attention to detail. Pro-active self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision.

Well-developed customer and relationship management skills, including credibility and influencing at all levels. Has a company-wide outlook with passion to deliver lean efficient solutions and processes

Excellent excel skills & ideally Power Bi

Excellent spoken and written English.
