HumanResources (HR) Generalist is a professional who takes care of thepeople of an organization and oversees the human resourcesresponsibilities andactivities.
Ifyou have a passion for HR and would like to join our organizationyou will work directly with the CEO & other departmentheads and will be responsible for broad range of human resourcesfunctions including hiring and interviewing staff new hireorientation and onboarding employee termination administeringpayroll benefits and leave and enforcing company policies andpractices.
Roles&Responsibilities:
  • Developingimplementing & monitoring HR strategies policies andinitiatives that are in line with the organizations overallvision.
  • Manage the recruitment and selectionprocess.
  • Onboarding the selected staff andcreating employee onboarding and trainingmaterials.
  • Manage staff attendance payroll andpayment processing.
  • Fostering a positiveworking environment.
  • Support management andemployee relations by addressing demands grievances or otherissues.
  • Managing a performance appraisal systemthat drives high performance
  • Assessing trainingand counselling needs of the staff to implement and monitornecessary programs
  • Report to management andprovide decision support through HRmetrics
  • Ensure legal compliance throughouthuman resource management
  • Handling workplaceinvestigations disciplinary and terminationprocedures.
  • Maintaining employee and workplaceprivacy.
  • Resolving conflicts through positiveand professional mediation.
  • Carrying outnecessary administrative duties.
  • Leading a teamof junior human resourcemanagers.

Requirements:
  • Masters Bachelors degree or equivalent in Human Resources (HR)management
  • Competence to build and effectivelymanage interpersonal relationships at all levels of thecompany.
  • Knowledge of HR systems databasesdocuments etc.
  • Excellent communication skills(both oral & written).
  • Proficiency inactive listening negotiation and presentationskills.
  • Experience in educating and coachingstaff conflict resolution disciplinary processes and workplaceinvestigations.
  • Competency in Microsoftapplications including Word Excel andOutlook.
  • Knowledge & Experience with HRManagement tools.
