JobResponsibilities:
  • Reviewcode and solutions generated by AI systems ensuring adherence toquality standards and bestpractices.
  • Organizethe development cycle manage project priorities and set goals anddeadlines.
  • Utilizeexpertise in C/C programming to resolve complex coding issues thatarise during AIvalidation.
  • Foster acollaborative team environment that encourages innovationcommunication and continuousimprovement.
  • Verifythe accuracy efficiency and reliability of AIgenerated code byconducting validationchecks.
  • Work withcrossfunctional teams to enhance the AI systems capabilities andintegrate it with othercomponents.
  • Analyzeteam members code and provide constructive feedback to ensurehighquality softwaredevelopment.
JobRequirements:
  • Bachelors/Master s degree in Engineering Computer Science or equivalentexperience.
  • At least 6years of relevant experience as a software engineer with a focus onbackenddevelopment.
  • Demonstratedleadership ability preferably with experience overseeing a team ofsoftwareengineers.
  • Indepthknowledge of C/C programming languages and best practices insoftwaredevelopment.
  • Someexperience with AI systems and codecreation technologies isdesirable.
  • Strongproblemsolving abilities and the capacity for critical andstrategicthinking.
  • Exceptionalcommunication skills with proficiency in English both written andverbal.
