Overview:The GuidewireDeveloper plays a crucial role in the organization by developingand implementing Guidewire applications contributing to the designand integration of software solutions and ensuring the smoothfunctionality of Guidewire systems.KeyResponsibilities:

• Collaborate withthe development team to design develop and implement Guidewireapplications
• Integrate Guidewire applicationswith existing systems and thirdpartyservices
• Participate in Agile ceremonies suchas sprint planning daily standups and sprintreviews
• Write efficient maintainable andreusable code using Java and relatedtechnologies
• Conduct code reviews and ensureadherence to best practices and codingstandards
• Perform troubleshooting and debuggingof issues to ensure the reliability of Guidewiresystems
• Create and maintain technicaldocumentation for reference and reporting
• Workclosely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand andrefine software requirements
• Collaborate withquality assurance teams to conduct testing and ensure the qualityof developed solutions
• Provide technicalsupport and guidance during the deployment and postimplementationphases

RequiredQualifications:

• Bachelors degree inComputer Science Information Technology or relatedfield
• Proven experience as a GuidewireDeveloper or similar role
• Proficiency inGuidewire ClaimCenter PolicyCenter orBillingCenter
• Strong expertise in Java J2EE andrelated frameworks
• Experience with SQL anddatabase management systems
• Capability to workin Agile development environments
• Excellentproblemsolving and analytical skills
• Goodunderstanding of insurance domain and Guidewire bestpractices
• Ability to communicate effectivelyand collaborate with crossfunctionalteams
