  • 5 years in QC& QA Department
  • Strong understanding ofQuality Control concepts
  • Proficient in FailureAnalysis Documentation and Reporting
  • Basicknowledge of 7 QC tools
  • Familiarity withSheetmetal and Machining manufacturingdefects
  • Mechanical Testingknowledge
  • Strong analyticalskills
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015/ AS 9100 DDocumentation

KeyResponsibilities
  • Develop andimplement quality standards and controlsystems
  • Perform PPAP & APQPdocumentation
  • Monitor and analyze qualityperformance
  • Investigate and troubleshootproduct or production issues
  • Develop correctiveactions solutions and improvements
  • Review codesspecifications and processes
  • Create andimplement company quality standards
  • Monitorreview and enforce policies andprocedures
  • Train and motivate employees to meetquality standards
  • Contribute to informationanalysis for quality assuranceobjectives
  • Estimate requirements prepare annualbudgets and schedule expenditures
  • Conducthazard analyses and monitor procedures to develop quality assuranceplans
  • Establish product specifications andquality attributes
  • Assist in the recruitingprocess
  • Maintain and improve product qualitythrough audits
  • Prepare quality documentationand reports by collecting analyzing and summarizing information andtrends
  • Ensure team roles responsibilities andauthorities are clarified communicated andupdated
