Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Admin to join our team at CONFAIR. As an Office Admin, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing support to our team members. This is a full-time position based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India, and is ideal for someone with less than 1 year of experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software
- Experience with office operations and procedures
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for email and calendar management
- Knowledge of purchase management processes and procedures
Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Maintain office supplies and inventory, and place orders when necessary
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist in the preparation and organization of documents, reports, and presentations
- Support team members with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management
- Manage office calendars and ensure timely reminders and follow-ups
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and repairs
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings
- Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed
- Ensure confidentiality and security of office records and information
