Atleast 1 year of experience as an endtoenddeveloper.
Proficiency in ASP.NET C#VB/JavaScript MVC .NET Core with Angular & Razor Pages andMSSQL.
Strong knowledge ofrelational databases and SQLtroubleshooting.
Experience withMSSQL Server including storedprocedures/triggers.
Knowledge indeveloping web services and TCP/IP protocolprogramming.
Ensure optimalperformance quality and responsiveness ofapplications.
Ability totroubleshoot issues acrossenvironments.

RequirementsDesignbuild and maintain efficient reusable and reliablecode.
Identify bottlenecks and bugs;devise solutions to mitigate and address theseissues.
Maintain documentation asrequired by SDLCprocesses.
Participate inrequirements analysis.
Collaboratewith internal teams to produce software design andarchitecture.
Write clean scalablecode using .NET programminglanguages.
Test and deployapplications and systems.
Reviseupdate refactor and debugcode.

Role and Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Buildingstrong relationships with existing clients to understand theirfinancial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.Providing personalized advice and recommendations based on theirneeds and market conditions. Channel Partner Recruitment: Developand execute recruitment strategies to attract and engage topchannel partners which also includes Monitoring and assessing theperformance of channel partners, providing support and resources tohelp them achieve their targets and drive mutual success.Investment Advisory: Offering expert guidance on equityinvestments, including stocks, mutual funds, and other financialproducts. Conducting thorough research and analysis to provideclients with informed investment recommendations aligned with theirfinancial objectives. Sales Strategy Development: Developing andimplementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goalsand expand the firm's client base. This includes identifying marketopportunities, creating marketing campaigns, and participating inpromotional activities. Portfolio Review and Management: Regularlyreviewing client portfolios to assess performance, balanceinvestments, and optimize asset allocation. Monitoring markettrends and economic developments to make timely adjustments toclient portfolios. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring allclient interactions and investment recommendations comply withregulatory requirements and internal policies. Educating clientsabout investment risks and implementing risk management strategiesto protect their investments. Market Research and Analysis:Conducting market research and staying updated on industry trends,economic indicators, and geopolitical events that may impact equitymarkets. Using data-driven insights to inform investment decisionsand client recommendations. Team Collaboration: Collaborating withresearch analysts, portfolio managers, and other departments withinthe firm to leverage expertise. Participating in team meetings andsharing insights to enhance client service and satisfaction.Continuous Learning and Development: Keeping abreast of changes infinancial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirementsthrough ongoing training and professional development.
