We are seeking a skilled PayrollSpecialist to oversee the fortnightly US payroll and monthly UKpayroll operations. This role requires meticulous attention todetail strong coordination skills and the ability to workeffectively with HR teams across differentlocations.


KeyResponsibilities:


  • Coordinateclosely with HR teams in the USA and UK to manage salaryrelatedinputs loan/advance deductions and other payrollrequirements.
  • Verify employeecompensation data either from the system or provided by HRcomparing it with the previous month to track any changes insalary.
  • Collaborate with payrollvendors to ensure accurate processing of payroll for all US and UKlocations.
  • Transmit all payroll andreimbursement inputs accurately into the payroll vendorsoftware.
  • Monitor fund availabilityand communicate with the treasury team to ensure sufficient fundsin the bank account for payrollprocessing.
  • Review and process thefinal salary register provided by the vendor ensuring accuracy onan employeebyemployee basis.
  • Sharerelevant accruals related to payroll PTO and leave encashments withthe Accounting team.
  • Ensure timelyprocessing of full and final settlements for departingemployees.
  • Oversee the processing ofmonthly salaries and reimbursement payments ensuring compliancewith all relevantregulations.
  • Handle employee taxdeductions based on declarations ensuring accuracy andcompliance.
  • Resolve anypayrollrelated queries promptly and effectively interacting withemployees as needed.
  • Interface withauditors during audits providing necessary documentation andassistance.
  • Conduct payroll analysisto compare changes from the previous month identifying anyincreases or decreases.
  • Willingnessto work shifts as per respective locationtimings.

Requirements


  • Bachelorsdegree in Accounting Finance or related fieldpreferred.
  • Proven experience inpayroll administration preferably in a multinationalenvironment.
  • Strong knowledge ofpayroll processing software and MS OfficeSuite.
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
  • Ability towork independently and as part of ateam.
  • Detailoriented with acommitment to accuracy andcompliance.
  • Familiarity with socialsecurity regulations and taxlaws.
  • Previous experienceinterfacing with auditors is aplus.
  • Flexibility to work shifts asrequired.
