Job Description

We are looking for a Writer to join our team As a Creative Content Writer, you will be responsibleto ideate and produce high-quality content campaigns with the goal to improve the awareness of initiatives and products in our will also provide you with the opportunity to establish effective communication programmes that promote and protect BGSW’s vision, strategy, values, and purpose. You will focus on designing communication strategies that aid in implementing new policies and programs that will enhance the organization’s relations with the community, public and will join a team of talented writers who collaborate with leaders, product managers, and usability experts to make our products easier to use. It combines expertise including corporate, internal communications, change management, digital and social communications, and analytics. In BSGW we do not just create and amplify content, we are storytellers relentlessly dedicated to being strategic counselors, inspiring our people, growing, and protecting the brand and creating business value that accelerates the organization’s strategy. Required Skills • Strong people skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management • Impeccable grasp of the English language, including idioms and current trends • Original creativity and a keen eye for details with out of the box thinking and offbeat ideas• In-depth understanding of design as per end deliverables• Strong working knowledge in MS office and authoring tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop. • Reliant ability to perform independently, thrive in a challenging environment, successfully manage multiple priorities and different objectives simultaneously• Sound analytical and multi-tasking skills and networking capabilities Preferred Skills • Self-driven, result oriented and adaptive learner• Solution oriented, quick turnaround time• Curious mind, technology graspable• Ambitious, thrive in dynamic work environments Key Responsibilities • Conceive professionally researched and creative content including graphics, photographs, videos, and charts• Develop relevant content for multiple platforms, such as websites, email marketing, product descriptions, blogs, social media platforms and more• Evaluate inputs and follow set standards to bring order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology • Take complete ownership of the content lifecycle of a project/campaign• Manage inter-team collaboration including organization of all communication independently• Assess self and others’ work to maintain consistent quality • Assist corporate functions in communication by drafting reports, newsletters, campaigns, events mailers, and other content deliverables• Review documents and recommend revisions in terms of language or changes in scope, format, and content

Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mass Communication or English and relevant industry experience in creative content development.
