Job Description for Compliance Analyst Role 
  • The compliance analyst will be part of Insight Alpha's compliance team and will work closely with the Research and Compliance Lead.
  • The individual will engage thoughtfully & confidently and deal with the compliance nuances and processes. 
  • The individual should possess good verbal & written communication skills. 
  • In-depth knowledge of industry compliance requirements and standards. 
  • Must have knowledge of tools such as DOWJONES, FACTIVA, CAPIQ, etc. 
  • Must be well versed in international sanctions list such as SFIO, SEC, ITAR, OFAC, FINRA, etc. 
  • Should be able to manage the given tasks and activities in a timely and accurate manner. 
  • The individual will help interpret internal policies and guidelines, determine required actions and make recommendations based on firm guidance and IA's compliance framework. 
  • Ability to use good judgment and maintain confidentiality as needed.
  • Understanding and enforcing the key compliance rules & regulations of the organization Reviewing and carefully evaluating the compliance requests and proposing solutions to the issues 
  • Graduate with 1-3 years of experience Proficient in MS OFFICE specifically: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Ability to effectively train employees in compliance standards and guidelines and international laws and regulations. 
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and excellent interpersonal skills. 
  • Should Possess strong analytical skills.
